Hey guys, so now that the holidays are over it is time for me to get back on track with my fitness goals. Over the past year I have rededicated myself to living a healthy style and getting into the best shape of my life! My boyfriend, Ben, has definitely motivated me to stay on track so a lot of this I owe to him. I started a 21 day fix in August of this year and through that program as well as my own commitment to eating healthier I lost over 15 pounds! However, over the holiday season I have definitely seen my commitment to healthy living fall to the waste side so I have decided to restart my fitness journey for the new year with a cleanse to really get all of the toxins out of my body and start fresh. I am going to try to start with this quick 7 day fix cleanse that I found on Pinterest. It seems pretty intense but I feel like it is what I need in order to get myself back to feeling great! I will be posting daily updates on what I am eating during the cleanse and then I will post before and after pictures at the end of the week. The cleanse starts Sunday so stay tuned!
